  • Who are we?
  • ZoeGoes is a fast growing direct-to-consumer brand creating consciously, sustainably designed wardrobe basics. Our mission is to help people to experience travel and their lives with greater ease, beauty and consciousness. We use sustainable fabrics like TENCEL, recycled PET (ie100% post-consumer water bottles) and Merino Wool with leading technical attributes like moisture wicking, wrinkle-resistant, odor-resistant and temperature modulation (keeps you warm when it’s cool and keeps you cool when it’s hot). Everything can be washed (either machine or hand).


    We follow a Made-To-Order production process, which means we produce for you, what you want to buy. We manufacture the quantity of orders we receive by the 15th of the month for shipping the last week of each month.  No guessing on our part. This process conserves many resources and reduces waste.   • Where do you manufacture?
  • Manufacturing is done in the US and Canada. Our textile vendors are American and Canadian. The silk scarves are printed in China.


    ORDERING ONLINE

  • Confirmation: How will I know if you received my order?
  • When you order from ZoeGoes, an order confirmation will be sent to your registered email address. In the event that you entered an incorrect email address, please contact our customer service team (Easy@ZoeGoes.com) and we will send you the order details.


  • Cancellation: How do I cancel an order?
  • Email us at Easy@ZoeGoes.com. If the order has not been packaged by the warehouse, we will process your cancellation. If the order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. You will have to return the item for a refund.


  • Incorrect Shipping Address: How do I change it?
  • You must email us at Easy@ZoeGoes.com to change your shipping address. The shipping address can only be changed before the order has shipped. Unfortunately, you cannot update your shipping address yourself at this time.



    PAYMENT

  • Methods: What payment methods do you accept?
  • We accept Visa, MasterCard, Amex, and Discover credit cards. We also accept PayPal and Apple Pay.[tbd]

     

  • I'd like to make a gift, do you offer gifts cards?
    Yes we do, check this page and select the amount you would like. Happy gift!

  • Response Time: How quickly will I receive a reply?
  • We aim to answer all e-mails within 24-hours but usually faster.


  • Garment Care: How do I care for my products?
  • Each item come with a care label. We strongly recommend following these instructions.

  • In our case, it means that we are using fabrics that are a combination of renewable, biodegradable, recycled and kinder to the environment. 


  • PRODUCT CARE: How do I care for my garments?
  • There is a care label on each garment. Please follow the instructions. 


  • SIZES: How do the sizes work?
  • We have four size bands that accommodate traditional US sizes 4-18. However, we use size bands labeled with life affirming names like, Grace (which accommodates US sizes 4-6), Love (which accommodates US sizes 8-10), Amazing (which accommodates US sizes 12-14) and Magic (which accommodates US sizes 16-18).
